After completing the remodel of this charming contemporary home on a private lot in Weekapaug, our client shifted focus to the landscape. MDG crafted a landscape plan that developed a series of spaces for year-round use. We integrated architectural elements into the landscape’s geometry, softening these with a mix of native and ornamental plants. In the following years, we continued our collaboration, exploring options, and ultimately designing and constructing a shed that complements the house’s façade seamlessly.

Since the initial landscape improvements were constructed in 2014, MDG has worked on several other improvement on the property including the placement of an axillary structure which houses a dojo, potting shed & traditional Japanese Bath.
